Deepen your knowledge of Abruzzo by taking part in a cooking class at a Di Luzio local farm in Collecorvino - (PE)

After an introduction to the farm, you will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare a typical Abruzzo dish, such as "tajarille e fagioli" (fresh homemade pasta) using premium ingredients like Fagiolo Tondino del Tavo and the varieties of Senatore Cappelli and Saragolla wheat. At the end of the class, you can enjoy a picnic lunch or dinner with the pasta you made during the lesson and discover Abruzzo's typical products on a guided tour of the farm.
