We will begin with Neole, where you will use ancient iron molds that replicate the beautiful Presentosa, a symbol of love and prosperity. Our expert instructors will guide you step by step in creating these delightful treats, which will then be filled with Montepulciano grape jam or hazelnut cream.
Next, we will turn our attention to making Taralli, created with natural sourdough, eggs, milk, and sugar. You will learn to manage sourdough and achieve the perfect consistency for a final result that is both crunchy and flavorful.
At the end of our preparations, you will enjoy a special snack: freshly baked Taralli paired with hazelnut cream and Montepulciano grape jam, accompanied by a delightful herbal tea made from linden flowers or a comforting blend of orange and cinnamon.
